Atlas Networks is need of a Small Business Salesperson. This person is responsible for sales to SMB customers of both Internet & telephone services. This role will be proactively identifying new sales opportunities, defining customer needs, preparing proposals, and winning deals. The right candidate will be that person who “goes the extra mile” to not only satisfy the job to be done but stands out of the crowd as a leader among the Internet/TV/and telephone service providers.
This position requires results-oriented interaction with a wide variety of people. It is action-oriented, forward-looking, broad in scope, and requires a pro-active drive to get things done through involvement with others. The position requires a strong sense of urgency, initiative and competitive drive to get things done by influencing others, delegating, developing contacts and building relationships. Atlas Networks is in need of a Community Relationship Manager to drive Internet and TV service sales in large Multi-Dwelling Unit buildings (apartments and condos) on our network. This person is able to create relationships with leasing agents and property managers to maximize the penetration rate of Atlas customers in each building. This person is creative and able to find ways to reach customers through events, mailings, or avenues while amid the current COVID restrictions. This person is driven by objective, performance based metrics that are reflected in compensation. Apply your interpersonal skills in developing relationships, driving adoption of Atlas Internet services by migrating customers away from the national brands such as Comcast. Design, coordinate, and host coffee cart events, wine and cheese events, and parties at residential properties - work with the management team at Atlas to be creative in designing COVID-friendly events until we can resume normal event operations. Be an active participant in social media, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

  • Meet with residential leasing agents on a set schedule building close relationships with them. Learn their favorite coffee/drink, drop by a bottle of wine on occasion, build a relationship of trust driving Atlas to the forefront of their Internet offerings to tenants.
  • Ensure our brochures remained stocked and available at all properties.
  • Design marketing activities to increase brand awareness in Atlas-serviced buildings by working with leasing managers to promote Atlas by providing marketing materials to new tenants, hosting events and other creative methods.

Atlas Networks is need of a System Administrator to design, operate and maintain server infrastructure, in support of both company and customer services and operations. System Administrators oversee hardware, software, and wetware elements, from physical deployment and cabling tasks, to routine software and OS updates, to supporting end users (employees and customers). This role will rely on strong teamwork and collaboration with the Network Engineering, Software Development, and Automation team members, and in addition to technical skills, requires great communication and documentation. Atlas System Administrators will frequently engage in project work (both onsite and remote) to deliver managed services to Atlas customers, and may (post-COVID) spend significant periods of time at customer premises and vendor facilities.
The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. This position requires above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time. A successful person in this position will take work seriously, have a strong sense of duty, and is highly disciplined while having a conservative, careful, and cautious approach. A somewhat faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position with detailed, specialized work as the major focus. While this position will generally be task oriented, independent decision making and larger scale reasoning will allow candidates to thrive in their daily duties.

Atlas Networks is in need of a Telecom Installation Technician who has a positive attitude, ability to problem solve, customer service oriented, has a solid work ethic with an emphasis on quality workmanship and organization. This role is required to work both independently and as part a team. Candidate must be able to lift and carry upwards of 50lbs, climb ladders, and work at various heights while successfully performing job duties. The candidate will be required to work at various job sites, both inside and outside, being exposed to various weather conditions. Candidates must have the ability to pull wire, use common hand tools, terminate Ethernet cabling, and operate power tools. This position is full time with an excellent growth potential.
