Atlas Networks is seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for the overall successful execution of telecommunications projects. This role is responsible for managing throughout the project life cycle as it is transferred through each department to completion. As our Project Manager you must be able to create short- and long-term plans, set targets for milestones and adhere to deadlines. This person must excel in communication with executives and performing quality control during the development of projects. In this position, you must be driven, able to anticipate needs, focus on solutions and foster good relationships. We are a fast-growing, locally owned company who has built an excellent reputation for taking care of our customers while delivering services that stand apart from the national players.
This job requires strong analytical and technical abilities and demands fast, but carefully thought-out results. Strong leadership and control of the work process from beginning to end is necessary. Core Responsibilities:
  • All jobs are orientated towards installation of telecommunications infrastructure on commercial and multi-tenant residential buildings.
  • Job scopes range from simple 1-2 hour maintenance type jobs to multi-week new building installations.
  • Upwards of 100+ jobs may be in progress at any given time.
  • Maintain detailed records on each job ensuring clear visibility as to each jobs status.
  • Ensure good communication to department managers as to timeline expectations to ensure jobs are executed timely.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Lead a weekly meeting to provide updates on projects with stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Manage/coordinate building access and distribution of certificates of insurance.

Atlas Networks is in need of a Community Account Manager to drive Internet service sales in Multi-Dwelling Unit buildings (apartments and condos) on our network. This person is able to create relationships with leasing agents and property managers to maximize the penetration rate of Atlas customers in each building. This person is creative and able to find ways to reach customers through events, mailings, or other avenues. This person is driven by objective, performance-based metrics that are reflected in compensation. Apply your interpersonal skills in developing relationships, driving adoption of Atlas Internet services by migrating customers away from the national brands. Be an active participant in social media, driving brand awareness and customer engagement. We offer a base of $65k but we need your total earnings to exceed $100k in year one with considerably more in year two.

Design and host 1 to 3x daily coffee and pastry, wine and cheese, and other events to increase brand awareness and create advocates for our brand. Build relationships with building leasing agents, bring them their favorite coffee, and restock brochures in buildings. Meet and greet residential customers, engage them in conversation, and drive awareness of a local high-speed internet alternative to the national brands. This is a dynamic and highly social position.   • Design marketing activities to increase brand awareness in Atlas-serviced buildings by working with leasing managers to promote Atlas.
  • Providing marketing materials to new tenants, hosting events and other creative methods.
  • Meet with residential leasing agents on a set schedule building close relationships with them. Learn their favorite coffee/drink, drop by a bottle of wine on occasion, build a relationship of trust driving Atlas to the forefront of their Internet offerings to tenants.

This role is responsible for improving team performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of an excellent customer experience. Atlas Networks is seeking an Experienced Telecom Low-Voltage Installation Technician who has a positive attitude, ability to problem solve, and is highly customer service oriented. This role required a current 06 License. A solid work ethic with an emphasis on quality workmanship and organization is also a must. This role is required to work both independently and as part a team. Candidate must be able to lift and carry upwards of 50lbs, climb ladders, and work at various heights while successfully performing job duties. This role spends time working on rooftops in occasionally adverse weather conditions. Duties include installation of low voltage wiring, network equipment in buildings and installing microwave radio equipment on rooftops. The candidate will be required to work at various job sites, both indoors and outdoors, while being exposed to various weather conditions here in the Pacific Northwest. Candidates must have the ability to pull wire, use common hand tools, terminate Ethernet/Coax cabling, and operate power tools. Fiber cabling experience a bonus. This position is full time with an excellent growth potential.
