Executive Assistant

Atlas Networks is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and management team. The company is in a massive growth phase and needs someone who can self-manage, work with speed and accuracy, and represent the company in a positive manner. Attention to detail and follow-through are paramount requirements for this position.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management/scheduling for the CEO
  • Meeting dictation and note-taking
  • Data entry, scanning & filing
  • Document processing (this person will act as notary for the company, if you are not a notary, the company will pay for your certification)
  • Event planning/management
    • Customer Appreciation Events at residential & commercial buildings (coffee carts, wine & cheese socials, pizza parties around sporting events – requires supporting/attending events on some evenings and weekends)
    • In office events (hosting meetings for other groups in our office, scheduling and planning staff outings)
    • Annual Open House and other larger events
  • Learning and managing internal web based systems
    • Ability to monitor progress on internal processes and step in for corrective action when process is not followed correctly or completely
    • Assisting in updating and editing internal wiki documentation on internal process and policies
  • Light HR duties
    • Manages employee onboarding/departing process
    • Acts as liaison to external health insurance company
    • Acts as liaison for company cell phone plan

Key Skill Requirements

  • Punctual and professional first and foremost
  • Proficient typing with good grammar and spelling
  • Familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Calendar
  • Reasonably skilled with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Reasonably skilled with PDF editing software (Foxit)
  • Highly reliable and organized with a strong ability to track tasks

Experienced Telecom Low-Voltage Installation Technician

Seattle, Washington

About this position:

Atlas Networks is in need of a 06 Low-Voltage Technician to serve our large network of Seattle, Burien, and Redmond based residential & commercial customers. Duties include installation of low voltage wiring and network equipment in buildings, installing microwave radio equipment on rooftops, and completing installs at the customer premise. This position is the front line representation of Atlas Networks to the customer and therefore needs to be able to work cohesively with customers, property managers, and internal team members. The right candidate will be that person who “goes the extra mile” to not only satisfy the job to be done, but stands out of the crowd as a leader in internet/tv/and telephone service providers. The right candidate will be comfortable taking on a leadership role and assuming responsibility for the success of the entire team working closely with the Installation Manager, Job Estimator, and Program Manager to achieve the overall goals of the company.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Cabling rough-in and termination
  • Cabling testing and documentation
  • Build-out of MDF and IDF (racks, patch panels, wire managers, network electronics, etc.)
  • Installation and on-site configuration/setup of equipment including microwave radios, network routers and switches, camera security systems, etc.
  • Additional duties that may be assigned by management as part of the day to day operations of the company

Job Requirements:

  • Professional, first and foremost
  • Current 06 License & prefer 2 years of experience in the field
  • Basic knowledge of home computer networking
    • SOHO routers/firewalls
    • Wireless routers
    • Ability to use a laptop
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient with hand and basic power tools is an absolute must
  • Must be comfortable working from heights, including ladders and roof tops
  • Able to lift and carry upwards of 50lbs, climb ladders, and work at various heights while successfully performing job duties
  • A strong motivation to learn and succeed
  • You must be detail oriented, and provide a top notch work product
  • You must be able to follow directions explicitly
  • Ability to record and document details precisely
  • You must be willing to support an on-call rotation (generally very light)
  • You must currently live, or be willing to relocate to within 60 minutes of Seattle, WA to support on-call rotations.
  • Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Existing Job Skills:

  • Experience terminating cat 5, cat 6 Ethernet cabling
  • Experience in tracing, toning, and repair of cat 5, and cat 6 cabling
  • Experience supporting telephony.
  • Fiber optic experience is a plus

You’ll be proactively identifying new sales opportunities, defining customer needs, preparing proposals, and winning deals.

  • Conduct proactive sales activities, including cold-calling and knocking on doors, setting appointments, performing needs assessment, proposal presentation, order negotiation and post-sales service
  • Negotiate to secure contracts with telecommunications decision makers in order to achieve revenue growth and retention
  • Manage installations post sales with various teams to ensure on-time delivery, successful turn-up and customer satisfaction
  • Respond to requests from customers for information, support, assistance, joint proposals, pricing, etc.
  • Supports others within the sales/service team to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and foster relationships within business community and core groups.
  • Project a professional business manner and operates with a high degree of integrity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to identify, prospect, and close C level executives within an organization
  • Demonstrated success in telecommunications and internet sales to end-user customers, including strategic and large businesses
  • Experience in systems selling, consultative sales techniques, customer needs analysis, and opportunity development
