Atlas Networks is seeking a Business Customer Care Representative. This role will be responsive to handle incoming new sales opportunities via telephone and email/tickets, defining customer needs, preparing sales orders, and presenting solutions. Additionally the role will handle escalated business customer care needs from the Customer Service Reps and reterming agreements.
The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming sales opportunities via phone and our ticketing system, describe products and match customers to best solutions.
  • Write sales orders and shepherd customers through our process.
  • Respond to requests from customers for information, support, assistance, proposals, pricing, etc.
  • Engage in outreach to prospective customers in existing on-net buildings.
  • Support others within the sales/service team to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customer engagement in post sales with various teams to ensure on-time delivery, successful turn-up and customer satisfaction.
  • Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, provide prompt follow-up to all customer inquiries, and operate with a high degree of integrity.
  • Must be organized and maintain accurate records on daily activities and results.

Atlas Networks is seeking a Helpdesk Tier 2 Support Technician to provide top tier technical support to our customers. A successful candidate is a hard worker who is constantly innovating ways to make the customer experience better! The work environment is fast paced, and this candidate needs to be an expert at prioritization and attention to detail is critical. This role entails many job facets, including gaining an in-depth understanding of our network, troubleshooting, technology guidance, and supporting our customers daily. Our primary product is the way we interact with and support our customers and our reputation is vital to the success of the company.

Atlas Networks is seeking a Network Operations Manager to lead our network operations and systems/servers team. This is a hands on technical leadership role that requires the candidate to have exceptional people and project management skills, coupled with significant experience managing highly complex servers, software services and networks. The ideal candidate will bring network and server security experience, along with strong documentation and communication skills.
The duties of this job require a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy. Drive, determination and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results that meet these established criteria are necessary for successful job performance. While the pace of the work is faster than average, quality is never compromised. New ideas and concepts are also important but will be carefully analyzed and tested before communication and adoption. There is a need for someone who can exercise the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met. At the same time, it will be necessary to give subordinates structured opportunity to develop their own expertise and capability for quality work to assure effective delegation and shared responsibility for work output.

Telecom Low-Voltage Installation Technician

A solid work ethic with an emphasis on quality workmanship and organization is also a must. This role is required to work both independently and as part a team. Candidate must be able to lift and carry upwards of 50lbs, climb ladders, and work at various heights while successfully performing job duties. The candidate will be required to work at various job sites, both indoors and outdoors, while being exposed to various weather conditions here in the Pacific Northwest. Candidates must have the ability to pull wire, use common hand tools, terminate Ethernet/Coax cabling, and operate power tools. Fiber cabling experience a bonus. This position is full time with an excellent growth potential.

The major duties of this job will involve much structure, will require attention to detail, and must be done correctly. At the same time job tasks will vary rather than be repetitive, and will require a faster-than-average pace in order to complete work requirements. The job has more of a people orientation rather than technical orientation.
