Atlas Networks is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and management team. This role will support vital admin activities while also contributing to processes and policies that directly impact our customers, employees and the company. The work environment is fast paced and sometimes intense. This candidate needs to be an expert at multi-tasking, ability to employ critical thinking, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail is critical. This role entails many job facets, managing calendars and setting appointments, interfacing with customers and vendors, generating reports, solving problems using critical thinking, as well as data entry and organizational tasks.
The duties of this job require a high degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy. Drive, determination and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results that meet these established criteria are necessary for successful job performance. While the pace of the work is faster than average, quality is never compromised. The focus of communication and organizational relationships is based on technical expertise. The work requires specialized technical problem solving and ingenuity while working within approved organizational systems and technology, and the demonstration of the values of integrity, quality and caution. New ideas and concepts are also important but will be carefully analyzed and tested before communication and adoption. The position encompasses a defined span of control and opportunity for someone who engenders trust, demonstrates a sense of urgency and assures consistent achievement of quality standards. The work requires making decisions that support company guidelines authoritatively and quickly.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Calendar management/scheduling for the CEO and management team.
  • Meeting dictation and note-taking.
  • Attend company strategic retreats several times yearly (requires travel) for note taking and logistics handling.
  • Research projects, identifying solutions, presenting options to management team.
  • Data entry & filing.
  • Event planning/management.
  • Ability to monitor progress on internal processes and step in for corrective action when process is not followed correctly or completely.
  • Assisting in updating and editing internal documentation.
  • Light HR duties mainly around documentation.
  • Manages employee onboarding/departing process.
  • Interfacing with outside vendors and being hyper responsive to requests.
  • Additional duties that may be assigned by management as part of the day to day operations of the company.

Atlas Networks is seeking a Bookkeeper to work closely alongside our Controller in maintaining our financial records, processing payroll, processing accounts payable and receivables, managing tax filings and payments. This role will also focus on basic vendor management duties such as overseeing the janitorial service, company cell phone plan, and company healthcare plan.
The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and well-defined processes. Communication with others is based on knowledge of repetitive job routines and procedures gained from sufficient on the job experience. Consistent, error free work based on defined regulations and standards are key measures of job performance success. The job environment promotes steady, methodical work output so that job routines can be completed on time and error-free.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable - bill entry and payments
  • Accounts Receivable - process/receive daily customer check payments; enter bulk transactions from credit card processor
  • Bank Accounts - daily transaction entry to ensure accurate balances; handle funds transfers
  • Credit Card Accounts - daily transaction entry; month end reconciliations
  • Generate Daily Financial Report for CEO
  • Payroll - manage time tracking application and support employees; process twice-monthly payroll
  • Reporting - generate budget vs actual reports for management meetings; notify managers when exceeding budgets
  • Manage Business Licenses
  • Scanning and digital filing - enter all scanned items and manage accounting file server organization
  • Tax Processing/Payments/Reporting - month end State and City reporting
  • Vendor Management - company cell plan; healthcare plan; janitorial service; company business insurance; TV subscriber reporting
  • Additional duties that may be assigned by management as part of the day to day operations of the company

Telecom Installation Technician

Atlas Networks is seeking a Telecom Installation Technician who has a positive attitude, ability to problem solve, and is highly customer service oriented. A solid work ethic with an emphasis on quality workmanship and organization is also a must. This role is required to work both independently and as part a team. Candidate must be able to lift and carry upwards of 50lbs, climb ladders, and work at various heights while successfully performing job duties. The candidate will be required to work at various job sites, both indoors and outdoors, while being exposed to various weather conditions here in the Pacific Northwest. Candidates must have the ability to pull wire, use common hand tools, terminate Ethernet/Coax cabling, and operate power tools. Fiber cabling experience a bonus. This position is full time with an excellent growth potential.
The major duties of this job will involve much structure, will require attention to detail, and must be done correctly. At the same time job tasks will vary rather than be repetitive, and will require a faster-than-average pace in order to complete work requirements. The job has more of a people orientation rather than technical orientation. The position may be integral to collaborative or team work in the organization, and in satisfying both internal and external customers. This job has a hands-on focus, where productivity is gained through individual accomplishments. This job can be the source of some initiatives, but only within a clearly structured and defined framework of responsibility outlined by management.

  • Installation and on-site configuration/setup of equipment including radios, routers & switches, security cameras, etc.
  • 06 License preferred but not required.
