Atlas Networks is seeking a SMB Account Executive. This is a traditional hunter seeker role with some account management responsibilities. This role will be proactively identifying new sales opportunities, defining customer needs, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions.
This position requires results-oriented interaction with a wide variety of people. It is action-oriented, forward-looking, broad in scope, and requires a pro-active drive to get things done through collaboration with others. The position also requires a strong sense of urgency, initiative and competitive drive to get things done by influencing others, delegating, developing contacts and building relationships. Having a positive impact on others in order to achieve results is important in this position. The position requires social poise, warmth and friendliness, as well as the ability to stimulate and motivate others in order to achieve the results necessary for success. Frequently there will be a need for flexibility, risk taking, and innovation.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales objectives and monthly revenue quotas, and building new revenue by selling telecommunications products and services to small and mid-market (SMB) accounts with an average telecom spend of $49-$1,000/ month.
  • Responsible for rigorous prospecting activities, both on the phone and face-to-face, in a high activity sales model.
  • Manage sales funnel to analyze and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas.
  • Negotiate contracts with telecommunications decision makers in order to achieve revenue growth and retention.
  • Develop and foster relationships within business community and core groups.
  • Manage installations post sales with various teams to ensure on-time delivery, successful turn-up and customer satisfaction.
  • Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, provide prompt follow-up to all customer inquiries, and operate with a high degree of integrity.
  • Must be organized and maintain accurate records on daily activities and results.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years outside b2b sales of experience, Telco/IT background strongly preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated, consistent record of success in an acquisition/hunter sales role.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Strong oral and written communication, analytical, problem solving skills.
  • Aggressive follow-up and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and other software applications.
  • Ability to talk/negotiate with C-Level.
  • Ability to multi-task with sense of urgency in a dynamic and fast pace environment.
  • Active listening skills to identify sales opportunities.

Atlas Networks is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to safeguard, maintain, and assist building stellar relationships with our customers. This role will be engaged in driving a strong and passionate customer service team, while creating a consistent voice and experience for our customers. Our primary product is the way we interact with and support our customers and our reputation is vital to the success of the company. This role is responsible for monitoring team performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of an excellent customer experience while reporting key information to management daily/weekly. This includes ensuring the department is staffed appropriately during peak times and coverage provided before/after normal business hours.
The focus of this position is working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. There is a need for an effective communicator, someone who is able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns. The person in this position must be friendly and genuinely interested in the business, agenda, and needs of others, including the company, management, the team, and customers. A persuasive, teaching style of communication is required to communicate the company's policies, programs, and systems. A faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to be handled quickly, correctly, and efficiently. In general, this is a position where guidelines, structure, and established policies must be followed fairly closely, while working with and for others.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a small team of Customer Service Representatives (CSR's) such that they meet our service level agreements (SLA's)
  • Follow and engage customers through email and phone to provide resolution and information as needed
  • Provide escalation point and direction to customer service team members in an expedited manner
  • Collaborate with management on hiring, discipline, QER’s and annual evaluations
  • Ensure long term customer retention
  • Monitor and report on objective goals in key areas including customer satisfaction, service quality, and team member performance
  • Track reporting of the customer experience and team member performance according to our Service Level Agreement
  • Provide support, training, mentorship and guidance to team members to foster growth
  • Oversee the timely and complete execution of the specific processes monthly (e.g. suspension/collections)
  • Support external sales Agents with servicing questions and contract generation
  • Champion all aspects of ensuring smooth scheduling for residential customer installations
  • Identify areas of growth for internal processes, workflow and decision points
  • Additional duties that may be assigned by management as part of the day to day operations of the company

Atlas Networks is seeking a specialized System Administrator to design, operate and maintain server infrastructure, in support of both company and customer services and operations. This position in particular will work primarily at a customer location nearby our offices, and also partially at our offices. Areas of responsibility and expertise include MacOS and iOS devices, wireless networks, printers, cable management, and general office IT. System Administrators oversee hardware, software, and wetware elements, from physical deployment and cabling tasks, to routine software and OS updates, to supporting end users (employees and customers). This role will rely on strong teamwork and collaboration with the Network Engineering, Software Development, and Automation team members, and in addition to technical skills, requires great communication and documentation. Atlas System Administrators will frequently engage in project work (both onsite and remote) to deliver managed services to Atlas customers, and may (post-COVID) spend significant periods of time at customer premises and vendor facilities.
The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. This position requires above average attention to details, concern for the exact correctness of work, and strong commitment to tasks completed on time. A successful person in this position will take work seriously, have a strong sense of duty, and is highly disciplined while having a conservative, careful, and cautious approach. A somewhat faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position with detailed, specialized work as the major focus. While this position will generally be task oriented, independent decision making and larger scale reasoning will allow candidates to thrive in their daily duties.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Direct Linux Experience is STRONGLY preferred
  • Oversee the operation of company servers and other datacenter assets ensuring stability and reliability.
  • Meeting response time to customers within SLA.
  • Competency in de-escalation, empathy, work prioritization, technical writing, and documentation.
  • Ensure systems are kept to current software, utilize minimum-exposure firewall rulesets following a defense-in-depth approach, and that all hardware is in good repair.
  • Work with the rest of the technical team to monitor load and availability, and make/implement recommendations on infrastructure improvements.
  • Utilize physical datacenter access to perform duties, including server-racking, cable management, documentation updates, reboots, etc.
  • Maintain accurate equipment, configuration, and software documentation, along with a running changelog for each system.
  • Act as part of an on-call rotation and respond to outages as needed.
  • Additional duties that may be assigned by management as part of the day to day operations of the company.

Telecom Installation Technician

Atlas Networks is seeking a Telecom Installation Technician who has a positive attitude, ability to problem solve, and is highly customer service oriented. A solid work ethic with an emphasis on quality workmanship and organization is also a must. This role is required to work both independently and as part a team. Candidate must be able to lift and carry upwards of 50lbs, climb ladders, and work at various heights while successfully performing job duties. The candidate will be required to work at various job sites, both indoors and outdoors, while being exposed to various weather conditions here in the Pacific Northwest. Candidates must have the ability to pull wire, use common hand tools, terminate Ethernet/Coax cabling, and operate power tools. Fiber cabling experience a bonus. This position is full time with an excellent growth potential.
The major duties of this job will involve much structure, will require attention to detail, and must be done correctly. At the same time job tasks will vary rather than be repetitive, and will require a faster-than-average pace in order to complete work requirements. The job has more of a people orientation rather than technical orientation. The position may be integral to collaborative or team work in the organization, and in satisfying both internal and external customers. This job has a hands-on focus, where productivity is gained through individual accomplishments. This job can be the source of some initiatives, but only within a clearly structured and defined framework of responsibility outlined by management.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Customer infrastructure, router, and wireless equipment installations
  • Low Voltage Cabling rough-in and termination
  • Low Voltage Cabling testing and documentation
  • Build-out of MDF and IDF (racks, patch panels, wire managers, network electronics, etc.)
  • MPOE and CPE integration, cutover and connection within building demarcation point
  • Installation and on-site configuration/setup of equipment including radios, routers & switches, security cameras, etc.
  • 06 License preferred but not required
