We offer speeds up to 10 Gbps while avoiding unnecessary fees and bandwidth caps. Along with Internet, we specialize in Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), VoIP, TV and managed services such as cameras.
Atlas Networks is seeking a SMB Account Executive. This is a traditional hunter seeker role with some account management responsibilities. This role will be proactively identifying new sales opportunities, defining customer needs, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions.
This position requires results-oriented interaction with a wide variety of people. It is action-oriented, forward-looking, broad in scope, and requires a pro-active drive to get things done through collaboration with others. The position also requires a strong sense of urgency, initiative and competitive drive to get things done by influencing others, delegating, developing contacts and building relationships. Having a positive impact on others in order to achieve results is important in this position. The position requires social poise, warmth and friendliness, as well as the ability to stimulate and motivate others in order to achieve the results necessary for success. Frequently there will be a need for flexibility, risk taking, and innovation.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for meeting and/or exceeding assigned sales objectives and monthly revenue quotas, and building new revenue by selling telecommunications products and services to small and mid-market (SMB) accounts with an average telecom spend of $49-$1,000/ month.
  • Responsible for rigorous prospecting activities, both on the phone and face-to-face, in a high activity sales model.
  • Manage sales funnel to analyze and manage pipeline activity and monitor sales activity against assigned quotas.
  • Negotiate contracts with telecommunications decision makers in order to achieve revenue growth and retention.
  • Develop and foster relationships within business community and core groups.
  • Manage installations post sales with various teams to ensure on-time delivery, successful turn-up and customer satisfaction.
  • Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined, provide prompt follow-up to all customer inquiries, and operate with a high degree of integrity.
  • Must be organized and maintain accurate records on daily activities and results.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years outside b2b sales of experience, Telco/IT background strongly preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated, consistent record of success in an acquisition/hunter sales role.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Strong oral and written communication, analytical, problem solving skills.
  • Aggressive follow-up and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and other software applications.
  • Ability to talk/negotiate with C-Level.
  • Ability to multi-task with sense of urgency in a dynamic and fast pace environment.
  • Active listening skills to identify sales opportunities.
  • Stable employment history.

Experienced Telecom Installation Technician
CLE ELUM, WASHINGTON

This position requires that you live within 1 hour commute of Cle Elum, WA on the east side of Snoqualmie Pass. Atlas Networks is a Seattle based telecommunications company founded in 2008. Atlas Networks is seeking a Telecom Installation Technician who has a positive attitude, ability to problem solve, and is highly customer service oriented. A solid work ethic with an emphasis on quality workmanship and organization is also a must. This role is required to work both independently and as part a team. Candidate must be able to lift and carry upwards of 50lbs, climb ladders, and work at various heights while successfully performing job duties. The candidate will be required to work at various job sites, both indoors and outdoors, while being exposed to various weather conditions here in the Pacific Northwest. Candidates must have the ability to pull fiber optic cabling outdoors, interior low-voltage cabling, use common hand tools, terminate Ethernet/Coax cabling, and operate power tools. Fiber cabling experience is a bonus. This position is full time with an excellent growth potential. This job requires on-call rotation for after-hours emergency responses. A relocation stipend is available to qualified candidates.
The major duties of this job will involve much structure, will require attention to detail, and must be done correctly. At the same time job tasks will vary rather than be repetitive, and will require a faster-than-average pace in order to complete work requirements. The job has more of a people orientation rather than technical orientation. The position may be integral to collaborative or team work in the organization, and in satisfying both internal and external customers. This job has a hands-on focus, where productivity is gained through individual accomplishments.
Core Responsibilities:
  • An exceptional customer oriented focus.
  • Customer infrastructure, router, and wireless equipment installations.
  • Low Voltage Cabling rough-in and termination.
  • Low Voltage Cabling testing and documentation.
  • Build-out of MDF and IDF (racks, patch panels, wire managers, network electronics, etc.).
  • MPOE and CPE integration, cutover and connection within building demarcation point.
  • Installation and on-site configuration/setup of equipment including radios, routers & switches, security cameras, etc.
  • 06 License preferred but not required.
  • Additional duties that may be assigned by management as part of the day to day operations of the company.
