We recently moved into an awesome, custom-built office space in Belltown so that we could continue to grow our company. Atlas Networks is in need of a Residential Sales Specialist to drive Internet and TV service sales in large Multi-Dwelling Unit buildings (apartments and condos) on our network. This person is able to create relationships with leasing agents and property managers to maximize the penetration rate of Atlas customers in each building. This person is creative and able to find ways to reach customers through events, mailings, or avenues while amid the current COVID restrictions. This person is driven by objective, performance based metrics that are reflected in compensation.

  • Minimum Requirements:
    • College degree or equivalent experience.
    • Experience in sales – retail or commercial. Technology a plus.
    • Working knowledge of general marketing principles and the ability to execute them.
    • Skills necessary for decision making and maintaining customer retention.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Exceptional presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
Core Responsibilities
  • Increase the number of active subscribers and product penetration in assigned multi-dwelling unit properties and communities by selling and promoting company products including high-speed Internet and television.
  • Cold-calling, knocking on doors, setting appointments with leasing and property managers, and forging relationships within those assigned buildings.
  • Design marketing activities to increase brand awareness in Atlas-serviced buildings by working with leasing managers to promote Atlas by providing marketing materials to new tenants, hosting events and other creative methods.
  • Respond to requests from customers for information, support, assistance, etc.
  • Supports others within the sales/service team to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and foster relationships within business community and core groups.
  • Project a professional business manner and operates with a high degree of integrity.

Atlas Networks is in need of a Customer Experience Representative to provide top tier support to our customers. Ideally this candidate is a hard worker who is constantly innovating ways to make the customer experience better! This role will help to build a strong passionate customer service team by contributing to processes and policies that directly impact our customers and company. The work environment is fast paced. This candidate needs to be an expert at multi-tasking and the attention to detail is critical. This role entails many job facets, including gaining an in-depth understanding of our products, supporting our customers daily, as well as data and order entry. Atlas Networks is need of a System Administrator to design, operate and maintain server infrastructure, in support of both company and customer services and operations. System Administrators oversee hardware, software, and wetware elements, from physical deployment and cabling tasks, to routine software and OS updates, to supporting end users (employees and customers). This role will rely on strong teamwork and collaboration with the Network Engineering, Software Development, and Automation team members, and in addition to technical skills, requires great communication and documentation. Atlas System Administrators will frequently engage in project work (both onsite and remote) to deliver managed services to Atlas customers, and may (post-COVID) spend significant periods of time at customer premises and vendor facilities.

Core Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operation of company servers and other datacenter assets ensuring stability and reliability.
  • Ensure systems are kept to current software, utilize minimum-exposure firewall rulesets following a defense-in-depth approach, and that all hardware is in good repair.
  • Work with the rest of the technical team to monitor load and availability, and make/implement recommendations on infrastructure improvements.
  • Utilize physical datacenter access to perform duties, including server-racking, cable management, documentation updates, reboots, etc.
  • Maintain accurate equipment, configuration, and software documentation, along with a running changelog for each system.
  • Act as part of an on-call rotation and respond to outages as needed.
  • Additional duties that may be assigned by management as part of the day to day operations of the company.

Atlas Networks is in need of a Telecom Installation Technician who has a positive attitude, ability to problem solve, customer service oriented, has a solid work ethic with an emphasis on quality workmanship and organization. This role is required to work both independently and as part a team. Candidate must be able to lift and carry upwards of 50lbs, climb ladders, and work at various heights while successfully performing job duties. The candidate will be required to work at various job sites, both inside and outside, being exposed to various weather conditions. Candidates must have the ability to pull wire, use common hand tools, terminate Ethernet cabling, and operate power tools. This position is full time with an excellent growth potential.
